After 10+ years navigating Big 4 consulting and Fortune 100 talent strategy, I've learned one thing: real progress happens when preparation meets opportunity.
My work lives at that intersection. Through TDC, I help organizations build stronger people foundations across three areas: People Strategy & Culture (org design, workforce planning, leadership development), School & Campus Partnerships (recruiting strategy and pipeline design connecting schools and employers), and Strategy on Demand (focused sessions for organizations that need expert-level thinking without a long-term commitment).
