I’m Shackysha, founder of The Dezonie Collective!
Over more than a decade across Big Four consulting and Fortune 100 corporate leadership, I’ve worked across variousbusinesses, industries, and challenges that required me to get up to speed quickly and find the real issue beneath the most visible problem.
That experience sharpened what has always come naturally to me: seeing systems. I look at how people, processes, roles, decisions, and tools affect one another. I notice where work gets stuck, where ownership becomes unclear, and where a temporary workaround has quietly become the way things are done.
That’s why I built TDC. Through Organizational Effectiveness & Process Improvement, I help organizations untangle complex challenges, identify what is creating friction, and develop a practical roadmap for working better. For a defined challenge that needs focused attention now, I also offer Strategy on Demand.
I don’t begin by assuming the people are the problem, the process is broken, or another platform is the answer. I look at the entire setup first—then recommend what actually needs to change.
